No. Safari Travel Insurance is an independent research and comparison site. We publish coverage guides and connect you to insurance partners — you buy and manage your policy directly with them, including claims and emergency assistance.
I'm having an issue with a policy I bought through a partner link — can you help?+
Policy, claims and emergency assistance questions need to go directly to the insurer you purchased from — we don't have access to your policy. Check your policy documents or the insurer's website for their support line.
